It’s my first class, what do I do?
Try to get to your first class 15 minutes early. This will allow you time to meet your trainer, have them learn about you and answer any questions you may have. They will also get you oriented with our work out and the equipment you will be using. Our trainers will be encouraging and direct you through the workout.
The trainers and staff here at Stage 3 Fitness are all here to help you reach your fitness goals, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, we can help you get where you want to go.

What if I can’t keep up?
The great thing about our workouts are that a certified personal trainer is there to offer modifications to challenge all fitness levels and workout change daily to keep things fresh. Our instructors will push you!

Why should you include strength training in my exercise routine?
Done regularly, strength training builds muscle strength, muscle mass and preserves bone density.

Are Stage 3 Fitness's classes considered HIIT?
MT training can be broken into two categories: Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) and Cardio Interval Training (CRT). The latter is better known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
MRT is the strength training component. In this style of training, you work through a series of strength-focused exercises (typically compound strength exercises) with very little rest between sets. You work intensely for 30-60 seconds before resting for 30 seconds or less.

How do I get started with a free trial?
- Go to www.stage3fitness.com /free-trial.
- Click on Start your free trial .
- Complete the form. This form includes: Personal information and emergency contact information.
- Then read and agree to terms of liability release.
- Click submit and we will be in contact with you to set up your free trial soon after.

What if I forgot my login?
If you forget your login, click on the link in the upper right corner titled: Forgot your login? The system will send an email containing your username and password to the email address that we have saved inside your account. Or contact us at 678-430-8054, we will be happy to reset it for you.

What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! And wear something comfortable and your athletic shoes. You will sweat, So bring a towel and water if you’d like.

What if I want to bring a friend?
We feel the greatest compliment we can receive is when our members tell their friends about us! If you have a friend that lives in the area and are interested in giving us a try, simply have them go to our website and click on the free trial button!
**If you have a friend or relative that lives outside the area, we ask that you purchase a drop in session for them to come enjoy a workout with you.**

Why do I need to cancel my reservation?
We limit our class size so that we can best serve our clients. If you are unable to attend, we would like to offer the spot to another member who may be on the waitlist. We also have a no show policy and you could be subject to a $5.00 fee for not canceling your reservation.

How do I log in to register for classes?
Online Registration: Go to www.stage3fitness.com click on login in the middle of the page. Enter your email address and password you created during your free trial. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on forgot password. You will be directed to create a new one. Once you are logged in. Click on the class you would like to attend. You will then be directed to a confirmation page, click make a reservation.
Mobile App registration: Download the Stage 3 Fitness app and enter your login information. Click on the class you would like to attend and then confirm. If you are unable to attend the registered class, click on classes, then click on cancel reservation.

Does Stage 3 Fitness Offer Any Type of Nutrition Advice?
Yes! Teaching our clients how to eat is a huge key to your success here. At the end of the day its all about getting you results!

Can I try a workout to see what it is like?
Yes! We encourage everyone to try our service absolutely free. To do so, go to stage3fitness.com and hit the “Start Your Free Trial” button, then follow the prompts to begin your trial. You can get a sneak peek as you watch Stage 3 Fitness on YouTube.

What If I Can’t Keep Up With The Others In My Group?
This one’s easy. Don’t try to. Every client is at a different fitness level. If you are a beginner then there is no reason or expectation for you to keep up with the standards for intermediate or advanced clients. Each workout should push you to YOUR limits, not the limits of others.

How Many Workouts Are Offered Daily?
We offer between 9-11 classes per day during the week beginning at 5 am and ending at 6:30 pm and 4 classes on Saturday mornings.

Will I Be With A Group?
Yes, Stage 3 Fitness is a group based training facility with group sizes of no more than 24. Our average class size is 12-15 people.

What Are The Workouts Like?
Each session will be a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular exercise and core stability movements. Every workout is unique– no two workouts are the same. Expect to sweat and expect to burn a ton of calories.
